# 503 Service Unavailable

Server Version#: 1.25.2.5319 (windows 10)
Player Version#: Any
Hello for while now, randomly, Plex will halt and no connections can connect to the plex server to play back media.
On the server side when attempting to access the GUI a “503 Service Unavailable” is prompted. Plex is still running in the system tray and requires to exit the app and restart it. From there, everything works and back to operational again.
This has been occurring for many weeks and I cannot seem to track down anything in the log that would be causing this.
The last noted log based on timestamp before this concern occurs is
Plex Media Scanner Analysis.log
I see there are other related posts to this with no resolution on the subject. I have a friend that runs basically the same setup and also experiences this issue.

The only change I can think of is I have changed my libraries to the new agent as Plex kept reminding me to do it.
That change or around that time is when plex started to crash every day randomly.
Is there a fix out there @Plex are you aware of this ?

Seems the plex updater service is running and may be broken ?
I had to manually update from 1.25.3.5319 \> 1.25.3.5385 as the updater within plex halts here and never changes… still seems to be doing the same thing.
Any ideas @anyone ?

Version Version 1.25.7.5604 - 503 error
still crashing
no one knows ?
Time to move off plex
Same thing happens to 2 others I know as well
