I just purchased the a750 arc GPU as I wanted to get rid of my nvidia. I noticed with the transcoding of live TV it’s quite blurry compared to the Nvidia. Is this just an issue with the product? As all the reviews I read said Intel does an amazing job. Or is there potentially something with a compatibility issue with plex? Thank you!

@chris_decker08, I see that you’re working on tone mapping for igpu including Arc. Do you know if the blurriness on live TV transcoding on Arc gpus is caused by a compatibility issue with plex? It’s quite noticeable compared to nvidia. Figured I’d tag a person that’s working with Intel transcoding currently. Any insight would be helpful before I return it and have to stick with Nvidia:(. Thank you!!

Here’s a short clip to see how bad it is. Now if I disable Use hardware-accelerated video encoding the video looks perfect again. Any Plex employees want to respond lol.
