# Access from url with clients

Server Version#:1.32.7.7621
Player Version#:1.80.3.4008-03daab12
Is there any possible to access my personal plex server via url?
For example: the url to my plex server is [https://fqdn](https://fqdn)
but the remote IP is another proxy IP in use.
So I cannot access with my client apps.
And I cannot find anywhere to configure the remote access FQDN.
Any possible to make the url access via apps happen?

In this scenario there is no need to use a custom FQDN for loading the web app.
Just bookmark [https://app.plex.tv](https://app.plex.tv) in your web browser.
For accessing the server remotely, see above.
