# Access to new folder

Have updated to the new plex layout on the shield and mobile but before the update my plex showed 4 directorys now it’s only 3. Can’t find find a way to show the 4th directory have reloaded it on the pc and using the plex app on the nas but it still shows 3 folders on both shield and mobile.

Any help would be appreciated

If the fourth library is Photos, the New Experience app doesn’t support it. It will be added sometime in the future, but no expected date at the moment.
