# Accessing Plex when user is behind Sophos UTM

I have a Plex server with the correct ports forwarded on my home network. I can access it from almost anywhere outside of my network just fine but am having trouble accessing it when I’m on a network that has a Sophos UTM 9 as the firewall.

Any ideas of what might rules might be blocking my access to my Plex server?

Is your plex on port 32400?  
does the sophos allow outbound TCP port 32400?
