I wanted to change my email, but I cannot (in a nutshell I accidentally created a new account with the email I want to change to. I cancelled that but I still cannot change). Also I cannot log into the forum for some reason - I get an error message so I have created a new account (this one) just so I can get some answers as there seems to be no other way of contacting anyone… Please can someone help! ---

This was shown to you when you confirmed the deletion of the account. ---

Ah ok, great. Any idea on the forum issue? I am trying to log in with my current credentials but that is not working. ---

Try an “incognito” or “privacy” browser window. Switching between different accounts in the same browser is something you want to avoid. ---
