# Account locked out

Okay so I’m not sure how these accounts work. I tried to reset my password but it wouldn’t send the email. Now that account is locked out from too many requests. So I had to make ANOTHER account to post in the forums but it still uses to same email as my other account. I’m confused… I just need my other account unlocked and a reset password email. Please…

Hi, It looks like you deleted your account in your attempts to reset your password. I have reinstated your account, and sent another password reset email to your email address.
