Are you referring to the NowTV sky box and Plex for Roku Classic app version 3.1.5?

If you are, open the Plex channel on the NowTV box, scroll down to `Miscellaneous` section and then click on the cog-wheel which is the `Preferences` button
Here you have options to connect to your Plex account and define how your servers are discovered
So if it is connected to the wrong account, select option to `Disconnect Plex account (xxxxxx)`
