# ACD Cloud Drive Slow Upload

Apologies for posting here but I can’t post in Cloud Sync as there’s no ‘ask a question’ button for me.
I’m trying cloud sync again with Amazon Cloud Drive. When I upload files directly to ACD via their program/netdrive/odrive etc I get 15-17Mbps (20Mbps service) Vs 5Mbps when I use Cloud Sync.
Is the ACD API limited? Is it possible to increase the speed?

does anyone else get better upload speeds with ACD or are they also capped to 5Mbps?

Same here for me. 20Mbps upload but Cloud Sync is limited to 2Mbps.
Upload with ACD drive tool gives 20Mbps. Whats wrong with Plex Coud Sync? It’s unusable for me.

While I don’t have a solution to your issue I can confirm that I’ve seen several users with this same issue and have yet to determine what the cause is.
Others, myself included, have had no problems saturating their upload bandwidth (mine is 20Mbps) using ACD & CloudSync. Now it’s not constant at that rate, at least for me, but it will generally hover around 12-15Mbps if there is no other traffic on my network.

I’m going to give this a whirl again soon to see if the new UK service works better
