# Activation lost on Play Store

I purchased a activation from Google Play store in 2014.  
Now I’m using plex again so i downloaded the app from the play store using the same account, but now my account is not activated.

Why did my activation got lost?

Humm, so I figured out just minutes after posting this 🤦‍♂️

You have to unlock the app just like it says in this document:
