Add chapter support for .MKA files

In addition to Otto‘s point and the wider dependency… there’s already an existing suggestion asking for the exact same feature (also with no votes so far). So in case you want to keep the suggestion purely about the aspect of having chapter support for those particular audio file formats (instead of the use case), please comment/vote in that thread to help us avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes.

Albums in MKA with chapters

I'd like to see support for full albums contained in MKA files with chapters to separate tracks.
