# Adding summary notes crashed the media server

Processor: 4-core ARM Cortex-A53
Compiler is - Clang 11.0.1…
This was a first, but I’ve been trying to notice server issues relating to my database. I added summary notes to a Playlist Summary. When I saved, the media server immediately became unavailable. I started the plex service and it came back up fine. The Summary Notes were still there, they had saved before the crash.
Below are my logs. Should I be concerned / is there anything I should do to make the db work better?

Im not going to try to read your [server log](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) excerpt. Please see the linked article on uploading a zip file.
Excerpts often dont contain needed info, and reading them on the web is harder.
