After resetting the password, I got all my devices working again. Only Windows Player (not the HTPC-Player) no longer works. A blank window with a spinning top appears.
Reinstall the App does not solve the problem.
What do I need to do to get it working again?

You have to do:
- Uninstall the Plex-App
- Restart Windows
- Go to “Users\\Appdata\Local\”
- Delete Plex folder
- Reinstall the Plex-App
- Done
