# AirPlay synced content not working

I have content I synced to my iPhone (iOS 11) beta app. I’m trying to play it via AirPlay on my ATV4 Plex app (beta channel).

- When I play to display it on my iPhone (beta app), it plays fine.
- When I play to display it on the ATV, the iOS screen shows the expected interface, I see the spinning wheel, and the time counter does not change. The ATV flashes black and then returns to the native menu (either home screen or Plex home screen).
- If I attempt to open the video via the stable (AppStore) release, it can find the Beta app as a server, but I receive an error stating “couldn’t retrieve the play queue for this item. Please try again.”
- If I use the stable app to AirPlay, I get the error “Your server is not capabile of converting this item for playback at the current quality setting. Would you like to attempt to play the original quality?”. If I choose “Yes”, it crashes Plex (stable).

Item 1 (synced from remote server):

- Quality synced: medium
- Size: 1912 x792
- Bitrate: 4.6mbps
- Video: direct
- Audio: direct

Item 2 (synced from local server):

- Quality synced: medium
- Size: 853 x 360
- Bitrate: 0.6mbps
- Video: direct
- Audio: direct

We think we have found and fixed the issue. It will be available in the next version (4.19).
