All content on Web Player automatically default to 2:00:00 play time after a few seconds

I’ve tried this from multiple devices, when I go on the web and try to play any content, it’ll start with the right length, then after 2-3s when the content starts playing, it’ll suddenly jump to 2:00:00 which is the default length when length is unknown. But that’s just weird because it knew the length just fine before the video started, why does the stream suddenly have indeterminate length?

Is there a way to debug and get to the bottom of this? It makes seeking very hard and also breaks long movies.
