# Allow nickname for Sharing users

It would be cool if I can set a nickname to friends in “Sharing”. That way in can see their actual name/nickname in the Status Dashboard instead of seeing (long) email addresses.

I agree, would be great if you could control it per Plex account of all the users you share with.

A request for the same feature exists already, and it has more votes.
