I have a NAS device with Plex. Three plex users ![Usuarios](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/plex/original/3X/1/c/1caaab233ede219ab60984f6f6e23607bc5e2010.jpeg) , the administrative one, the one of my small daughters and one called “guests”. JUst like 5.000 songs and 1.000 music videos inside, with all my media I have created playlists to keep everything organized by musical genre and make it more friendly according to the moment ![Playlist](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/plex/original/3X/8/9/89ad102d4289b823cffaf6e7b15db379c09396b2.jpeg) . The problem is that the guests user do not have access to these playlists. you know you don’t need to create playlists to categorize your music like this… simply use the built-in genres / moods / … flags – overwrite them if you don’t like the automatic values. then your users can simply access the library and filter according to e.g. genre. ---
