Currently, Tidal within Plex, only displays playlists by what seems to be date created (which is also Tidal’s own default sorting). However, this makes navigating playlists somewhat frustrating, as a playlist that starts with _A_, can possibly be at the bottom of playlists. This also goes against Plex’s native playlist listing, within servers.
