Player Version#: Multiple players
I am getting constant error:
Couldn’t retrieve the play queue for this item. Please try again
On LAN and over remote, on different players, appletv, android, LG TV, iOS. Eventyly the item will start to player after 20+ attempts. any idea?

With version 1.21 and 1.22, I was getting the same thing only on the web player and IOS devices. I wasn’t getting it on Android or Roku.
I downgraded to 1.20.5.3600 and it was working on all my devices again.

Also having the same issue. Any Movie or TV show its the same problem. Playing works fine from Android and Web Player.
I am however able to download the file to my phone and play it as offline content…

I’ve seen multiple posts about this issue with people’s personal videos in their “photos” section. I’m having this issue with all video’s (Movies, TV Shows) outside of my photos.
Playing works fine from Android Devices as well as Web Player
