I’m also using Plex Web 2.5.8 and Plex iOS 4.0.15. I’m able to replicate the error by starting Plex Web, then starting Plex iOS on my iPad. When I click on the claim message, I get the error “setting servings are unavailable” but it doesn’t crash. I can just click on the little house icon and go back to the main Plex Web menu.
Try to replicate the problem without involving Plex for iOS and get the diagnostics mentioned. If it only happens when Plex for iOS is launched then that is very interesting
Unless it is the iOS phone / ipad local mobile server that is showing as unclaimed
In response to sa2000, I found the log files so I’m just waiting for the condition to happen. I just updated to the new Plex Web today (2.5.9) and the new Server (0.9.16.3,1840), so maybe this issue is fixed. While I’m waiting, I have some questions. If I need to submit log files, is there anything in there that is private? How do I submit the log files? Who do I submit them to? thanks

Support is through the forums and logs are attached to posts here - they can be attached zipped. Online Token strings are automatically removed from server logs - unless you have the setting to log them, You could edit log files to replace the public IP or hide part of it. Similarly your plex.tv account email address - but that is actualy relevant to this problem so you need to mention if what you have obliterated is the server master account name and if it ts the same as the plex.tv account logged into for plex web.
