Android 2026.8.0 introduces flashing logo artwork

FYI… I have logo artwork completely disabled on all my content.

With version 2026.8.0 (971050140) when I open any movie or show I’m shown a brief flash of the logo and then it goes back to text. I’d guess its trying to load from a cloud source and then goes to my local media.

This did not happen with 2026.7.0.

Thanks, I’ve noticed this too on iOS. The issue has been reported.

I wonder if its a side effect of a fix for this 2026.5.0 delay displaying media details as so far I’m not noticing that specific issue anymore.
