# Android app not showing any libraries

Server Version#:1.40.1.8227
Player Version#:10.13.0
My Plex app on Android no longer shows my libraries. When I load up Plex dash it shows everything as it is supposed to but not when I am trying to view in Plex app. Remote access is turned on and I do not have VPN running on server. This has been an off and on again issue and, after researching via Google it is a common one. Is there a solution?

Does not show your libraries on the left side bar? Not even when you click “More” in the sidebar?
Or do you mean when you click on a library, the content of the library does not show?

When I click on a library it tells me how to add content. But when I look on Plex dash it shows all of it.

I just tried the app, didn’t show anything, opened the link, it didn’t show anything on home but when I clicked the library it showed and then I clicked back on the app and the library and it showed?
When I started up the app it asked me if I wanted to add content to the library.
