# Android app won't load downloads

Server Version#: 1.40.0.7998  
Player Version#: 10.10.1.5986

Sometimes, when I am connected to internet and try to open the downloads section, the downloads would not load at all. It just shows an empty section. See the logs for details.

Please let me know if you need any further information. Please fix this issue.
