I have plex movie agent selected, in extras i have Include Cinema Trailers from movies in my library checked, and i dont get any trailers… anyone know what’s going on ? i have the same settings on my VPS linux and it get’s them fine with same settings… ---

Can you Plex dance a recent movie then get me the entire set off logs from pms. ---

I added that movie not long ago , a few days ago why didn’t it get the trailer then . it’s odd Sadly my plex cloud as same issue… so this could take forever ---
