I’m on the latest beta channel version on the server and keep android up to date. The server is a windows 10 server and android is 11 or 12.
When I apply a patch to the server, next time I go to use this android tablet it has some ‘general error’ message.
The fix is fairly easy for me, go into the system settings, go into applications, search plex, force the app to stop and relaunch it.
But this is my son’s tablet, he’s 4. My wife is an iOS user so she’s no help. If I’m not there to do this process they can’t use Plex.
Any idea how to resolve this issue other than force stopping Plex and restarting it?
