I want to use Plex remotely with pia VPN still running, I want my plugins to still go through pia but to access the server remotely. I can’t use Pia port forwarding as the servers that support it are too far away. Has anyone done it and is able to guide me it would be greatly appreciated.

I’m having this same issue, it use to work fine up until PIA’s latest patch, I’ve been researching a lot and coming up with a lot of dead ends, I have all the ports forwarded udp and tcp from 32380 - 32401 through and through as soon as I pop on my vpn remote access goes red … when I shut off my VPN I have to literally reboot to get remote access to go green again, I’ve done everything I can think of from resetting/refreshing my modem and plex and manually resetting the RA to manual, spoke to PIA’s customer’s support and they don’t support plex so no help there and the forums don’t have much help either pretty much everything there I’ve tried, was hoping to find something here…so hopefully someone can assist us out of this jam, I would be most thankful … issues is PIA’s VPN shuts down remote Access through port 8999/upd which I have all allowed which worked without any problems before…
