# App.plex.tv cannot connect to server

Server Version#: 1.40.5.8921
Player Version#: 4.137.1
Odd problem. I cannot connect to my server via app.plex.tv on or off local network. I can access it via IP. The odd part is, I can access the server via Windows app on and off network. I haven’t been able to connect remotely to my server with anything but the Windows app. It started sometime today.
Remote access is turned on and green. Relay is disabled, but I did switch it on as a test but it didn’t work either way.
I also rolled back versions to 1.40.5.8897 and 1.40.5.8854 and still the same problem. Anyone run into this before or are having the same problem?

It appears that app.plex.tv cannot connect securely. That’s why the windows app works, it is connecting unsecure. Other than updating to the latest version, nothing changed on my end to casue this that I am aware of. It just stopped working today.
