Hello- My AppleTv recently stopped playing any of my files. Plex works on all of our other devices except this one. I’m lost and I don’t know what to do. I have reset the appletv and set it up again, deleted the app and reinstalled it. I turned on network logging as directed in the support forums. Please help. ---

i probably can’t help you as i don’t have an apple tv and know nothing about it. but, out of curiosity, have you tried setting the apple tv plex app to a quality setting that requires transcoding? if you already transcode everything maybe try setting it to play original? does the apple tv give any sort of error? does it start playing at all or? ---

Mine stopped playing content as well, this week. May have something to do with an AppleTV iOS update? I’m running the latest Plex server code. AppleTV plays all other content. Plex app on AppleTV displays my catalog but won’t start streaming content (shows the little spinning circle and it never goes away). All other devices in the house (web browsers on both Windows and Mac, tablets, etc.) play content just fine, so it’s not the server. ---
