# Audio delay functionality lost on Apple TV

Just auto-updated to the new player on my Apple TV and I can’t adjust audio delay anymore. My specific equipment chain has always introduced delay into the system so I need this functionality for anything to be watchable.

On the old Plex player the functionality was BEAUTIFUL - press down on the remote and you could adjust audio sync in either direction in real time as the file continued to play. Now I have no control, the audio is really out of sync and I have no option available.

As a lifetime Plex pass holder, I’m really sad about this. I now can’t use Plex until I get that control back.
