Sometimes when I start a video there will not be any audio initially, but if I restart the video several time eventually the audio will work. I am using an Xbox One X with the most recent player and have one Synology plex server and one QNAP plex server, I am using a Samsung Q7 tv. This issue has been with movies and tv shows, AVI, MKV, and MP4.
