# Audio issues with ATSC 3.0

The broadcasters recently upgraded to ATSC 3.0, since then I have lost audio on the big 3 broadcasts, but not the associated sub channels. Tried to activate the audio format (AC-4) suggested in a response to a similar complaint, but I cannot find that option. Video play back is unaffected.
I’ve updated plex media server and Sinologist to there latest versions.
I had the HDHomeRun rescan for channels
Server Version#: 1.23.3.4707
Player Version#: AppleTV 7.19.1(329) and iOS app on iPad Pro
Tuner Make/Model: HDHomeRun connect 4K

Known issue. Plex needs FFMPEG to support AC-4 audio.
Multiple posts in the forum. Search for ATSC 3.0 to see them.
Edit: Here’s a thread that mentions the FFMPEG dependency.
