# Audio Sync/Offset Option

Server Version#: 1.43.5.11029  
Player Version#: Plex for Android 2026.21.0

Is it possible to add (back) a Audio Sync Function?

Sometimes im experiencing slightly off audio on picture, so i would like to be able to set the sync correct.

Hopefully this isnt hard to do, and wasnt it availble in earlier versions?

It is hard to do.

It wasn’t available earlier either. You probably remember the automatic sync of _subtitles._ Which should be available as before.

I have to reply again because maybe i wasnt clear enough.

I am talking about the Audio Offset feature, im pretty sure that existed before!  
Other players have it also, like Kodi.

Is there a way to get this back, because now i cant watch anything using Plex on my Nvidia Shield because my audio is slightly off and that annoys me.

It did not exist. At least the ability to adjust the delay _automatically._

A manual, fixed delay was available in the app settings before. The developers are aware that it’s currently missing.

I was indeed talking about the manual delay.  
Good to hear the devs are aware that its missing.
