This seems like it has been requested before. i will add my support as well. I love audiobooks. I have a few hundred. I spend a lot of time driving for work and it is a fantastic way to pass the time and enhance my professional learning. Could you please add support for audiobooks. As commented in other threads. It is done with a “ghetto” method now. This should be relatively easy to support. In order for this to be truly successful it will require offline sync. Thank you for your consideration. ---

Only one thread per request is needed, vote here instead: > [@Support for audiobooks](https://forums.plex.tv/t/support-for-audiobooks/27518): > > remember the play position for audiobooks also. especially now as it is possible to sync them and take them with you. [Edit Mod] This post is also asking for an audio book specific library type separate from music library. While remembering position is part of a Music library, Audiobook could help with other features like chapter selection, books covers, publishers, etc, which is not possible in a Music library. ---
