# Automatic X265 transcoding on server?

Can you please add a feature to automatically transcode new X265 files added to the library? The apple TV client won’t play them and my server isn’t fast enough to transcode on the fly so I find I am having to use another media player instead of plex.

Sorry I posted this in the general public area as well before I found this section.
