Battlemage (B570, etc.) support in Plex Media Server requires updated drivers.

Fixing issues with the new transcoder comes first.

Then updated drivers.

You can subscribe to the [Plex Media Server announcement thread](https://forums.plex.tv/t/plex-media-server/30447/) to be notified of new releases. Scroll to the bottom of the thread and change Normal to Watching.
