Black screen when opening Samsung Tizen app

Hey all!

I’ve been having trouble starting the Samsung Tizen app for the last few weeks. Every time I start the app, it just shows a black screen. I then need to force-quit the app and open it again. Then it does load.

I experienced this before, but only occasionally. Now it happens every single time! It does not matter how I left the app the day before (quit, force-quit, just turn off TV).

Other apps (Prime Video for example) do not have this issue and open every time without any issues.

Is this a known behaviour? Maybe related to me having an older (2016) Samsung model?
