Blue Circled Numbers

I have a tv show on my seedbox, I can only see two episodes on both the XB1 app and via the web app; The first episode and the second episode.

The first episode has "11" in a blue circle on it, which I've learned from googling means that Plex has the episodes in my library and is stacking them all together. The main problem is that I have no idea how to access any other episode than episode 1 which is clearly the first in the stack.

I have put all the episodes in seperate folders, but it hasn't made any diffence to Plex.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this or access the episodes?

Please help me, I'm addicted to Empire and I can't watch episode three!

Notes: My seedbox provider shares my seedbox library with me, I have no control over managing the library within Plex.

Not much you can do then....

The blue number means plex thinks all of the files are the same episode just different versions.  The Xbox One app currently doesn't support resolution select so you can't do anything with that client.

With the web client you need to goto settings -> Web -> Player -> show advanced and make sure auto select resolutions is disabled.  With it disabled when you play the file in the web app it should prompt you with a list of videos to select from.  Since it is designed for different resolutions it will only be listing resolutions and codecs which makes trying to pick one difficult.

You should probably double check and make sure you're matching the naming structure here: https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/200220687-Naming-Series-Season-Based-TV-Shows

Failing that if you have access to the Plex web interface you could try "Splitting Apart" the merged items, as per these instructions:  https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201018248-Merge-or-Split-Items
