It’s sadly a combined package
You need all of:
C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server\Metadata
to get posters and arts
For indexes, Thumbnails, Chapters and Art from the media, you need
C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server\Media
