I love listening to my music using my android phone with the Plex android app, but the current app lacks support for internal equalizers, my phone has one and I would like to take advantage of it. I count on your upvote for Plex developers to take this suggestion into account. ---

I’ve got a Samsung Galaxy J1 phone, it has internal equalizer settings and I wish I could go to Plex settings and select the option, just like in this screenshot of Google Play Music: ![image](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/plex/original/3X/8/7/8700c5e534293b25b6cd9f40bd64574c66f62ada.jpeg) ---

Early 2021 clean-up: duplicate > [@\[Feature Request\] Adjustable Equalizer built into Plex so you can adjust sound on any device and any audio/video file](https://forums.plex.tv/t/feature-request-adjustable-equalizer-built-into-plex-so-you-can-adjust-sound-on-any-device-and-any-audio-video-file/319375): > > [Feature Request] Adjustable Equalizer built into Plex so you can adjust sound on any device and any audio/video file. Is this possible? If not I will forget about it but trying to get a good equalizer app for every device is impossible and most suck. I would like this mostly for playing my music from various devices and tablets but I think it would also be helpful for the times my audio while watching a video is too low. Thanks for your consideration ---
