Browsing Movies library error

hey guys,

I have a really weird one.

For some reason, I’m unable to browse one of my movie libraries. I can go to the library and see the automated sections like Recently Added or Movies Staring Will Smith, but if I click “Browse” I get an error stating that the Plex media server is unavailable.

It does this every single time, on multiple Xboxes, local and remote, for every user

I’ve tried updating, cleaning and optimizing the libraries and nothing.

I’ve even uninstalled Plex ok Xbox One, nothing

Any ideas?

Also, browsing TV Shows, Music and my other movie library (Kids Movies) all work fine

Please could you upload a copy of your PMS log when this happens? I wonder if we’re requesting something strange.

This happens every single time, not sometimes.

I enabled Server Logging on the Xbox One Client

Still happening literally everytime I try to browse from the Xbox One app. Happens on multiple Xboxes, but doesn’t happen on iOS app. Haven’t tried other apps

Have you guys had a chance to look at these log files yet?

Sorry for the wait - you’ve got a bunch of errors in that log, but nothing obviously pointing to why that page would fail. Could you please post the URL for when you browse it in web, and I can give you a URL to prod to see what that gives us?

I’ve also asked our server guys about the ERRORs. Will let you know.

(So some of the errors wouldn’t cause your issue, but are due to bad release dates on some media. We had a bug previously that wasn’t validating this enough in plex web)

The error doesn’t happen when I browse it on the web. It only happens on the Xbox One client. Both regular client and beta client both do it.
