Bug - Nvidia Shield client consistently jumps "up" many rows of library when returning from item

Hello, I’m having a similar issue to this post: (Nvidia shield Plex client library scrolling jumps to top)

Basically, whenever I am browsing my library on the Nvidia Shield, after I navigate into one of the movies, and return back to the library search, my Nvidia Plex client will glitch and will jump up many rows further up the search. If I proceed down further and select another item, it will return back to the original search location. This continues no matter how far down this list I go, and it makes navigating my library infuriating. I’m happy to turn on logs and submit them, if someone can assist me. But the gist is that library sorting on the shield. Client faces a serious glitch, that causes the library to return to an arbitrary point in the search instead of to a continuous scroll as expected.

I can confirm this issue also as it occurs on my Nvidia Shield TV. It is extremely frustrating when you have a large library.

Server Version: Latest - 4.125.1
App Version: Latest -

Can we get another bump on thi It happens every time I navigate my large movie collection, and even jumps back up when I try to just add a movie to the wacthlost.

This is happening both on my local device (Nvidia Shield) and external users also using Shields, so library location doesn’t appear to make a difference here.

It happens on my Fire Sticks, too. But I notice it seems less likely to happen when I am sorting by Title. But if I use the sort by Release Date or another then it’s almost always doing it.

I have bumped the ticket again, but unfortunately, there is still no estimate on a fix.

I posted about this earlier and didn’t see this thread.

This is a deal breaker if it can’t be fixed as the apps are essentially broken for browsing libraries with any kind of reasonable size to them.

I can confirm it happens on my Nvidia Shield Pro as well as my Fire Stick 4K Max (through Kodi 21.1 or native app). All up to date as of tonight, including Plex being on the latest non beta firmware.

I echo the sentiments that it doesn’t happen every time initially, and there’s been moments I thought it was fixed, but it’s there every time, very shortly into navigating.

It doesn’t happen on my PC using the HTPC version, or the main Server version. Also does not happen on my laptop PC running Plex for Windows, nor my Zidoo 8K with their built in app.

I’m curious to know if any users reading DON’T have this issue on either of said devices above, or if this is a universal bug affecting all.

I have this issue too. Browsing my library going into whatever movie or tv show, then going back to the library, and it scrolls back up. This was initially fixed several version back too.
