# BUG plex media server not accessible

Is your server still claimed / linked to your account? Sometimes users lose access if opting to sign-out all devices when changing their password, or by deleting the server from the list of authorized devices of their account.

Can you still access the server using its local IP (from within the same network/subnet)?  
e.g. [http://127.0.0.1:32400/web](http://127.0.0.1:32400/web) if you’re on the same machine, http://[server IP]:32400/web otherwise
