# Bug plex scan. Help plz

Can you please post your entire [server logs?](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) and not just the 2 that you previously posted. Depending on what we are looking for there are 5-10 different files that might contain relevant information.

Try cleaning up a couple of file names and then doing the [plex dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064) and see if that changes anything.
