# \[Bug\] "Refresh local metadata every three days" does nothing

To note, I have legitimate use for this, as I created a service and a tool with this use case in mind: [Adding Advanced Ratings to Plex](https://forums.plex.tv/t/adding-advanced-ratings-to-plex/699963)

That works as expected in all media center apps that I’ve tested except Plex, and I do believe this should be considered a bug.
