# BUG REPORT: Plex Home Not Adding Existing Accounts

Hello, I have added two users with existing Plex accounts to my server and to Plex Home. These users have access to my server. But these users do not show up in Plex Home. What is happening? And when can we expect this pretty large bug to be fixed?

This url of the api no longer exists and that is why there is so much problem with adding the accounts. Does anyone know the new url of this part of the api, what is it to invite emails or create new emails on the server?

I think this is the same issue too… Very disappointing how many users have reported this problem for Plex to not bother investigating it or taking it seriously.
