When I have dual language movies or series, the first audio line is not played correctly. I have e.g. german and english audio line. When I play the file, the english audio line plays but in the GUI it shows the german audio line. So I have to chose the english audio line and the german again and then its working. This happens with all dual language files. After playing it once, the right line plays the next time. But its very annoying if I have to go to settings and change the language two times just to get the right language.
Do you have automatic language settings set in the server settings that could be affecting it?
(This shouldn't affect the having to switch languages multiple times thing, just trying to get everything together)
I also had this problem with a movie a couple of days ago.
The movie startet in Englisch though German was checked in the Xbox One OSD menu
I switched to Englisch (once again) => It stayed Englisch, switched back to German and it was German

In Plex server English is set as a prefered language
In the Xbox One app German was selected though I heard english.
When I wanted to switch the language to German it didn´t work because it was already selected. So I had to ""switch"" to Englisch (so English was checked) and then back to German.
Have exactly the same Problem quite often, but haven’t found any way to reproduce this problem now
