BUG: Restricted sharing of collection not working as expected

Steps to repro

  1. Create a new collection on the server and add a label such as “for-me-only”
  2. Make the collection visible on Library Recommended, Home and Shared Home.
  3. Share the library with a user but restrict (exclude) the label created above.

Expected

The collection is not visible to the user anywhere because of the restriction.

Actual

For the user with whom the library is shared, the collection is visible on home, library recommended (but not Library → Collections).
