# BUG？Unable to retrieve the playback queue for this item

Some movie sources may appear and the playback queue of the project cannot be retrieved. After playing through a third-party player and returning to plex, it can be played normally（Must have playback progress）

I am having the same issue with certain items, on both AppleTV and iOS. Media will play back properly from the web player though…
