Burn In Subtitles Freezing Playback

Transcode Device: NVIDIA GTX 1660 Super

I am having playback issues using subtitles, it is freezing (It had a green bar across the bottom trying to using PGS, SRT just freezes with a black screen),

On the player all my options seem to try and burn in subtitles and forces hardware transcoding (Always, Automatic, Only Advanced Formats).

I was able to get it to play by starting the video without subtitles then adding them after.

It seems like the server upgrade I just installed may have introduced this.

Let me know if you have any ideas I can try to fix this.

It looks like this might be more specific to a specific shows subtitles. I am not having this issue with every episode using the PGS subtitles, only select episodes. The new Server Version may have just been coincidental timing.
