Images from my camera (Android) have been successfully uploaded to a Plex library and can be viewed using Plex Web app. The issue is that the files cannot be seen using Windows File Explorer. All other images (in a separate library) can be located and opened via File Explorer. The files are on a Synology DS918+. In searching for solutions in the Forum, DLNA has been set to on, hidden files are displayed, permissions confirmed and libraries re-scanned. Suggestions or guidance gratefully accepted.
I don’t know enough about Synology, but it may be that your photos are being stored in the same area as the Plex metadata.
